About Us

Redefining Coding to Compliance Workflows with AI Precision.

About Docuguard AI

DocuGuard.ai transforms how agencies handle Face-to-Face (F2F) encounters, ADRS, and coding through intelligent automation. The platform reads, analyzes, and learns from each uploaded chart providing real-time, audit-ready reports that allow agencies to work smarter, not harder.

Our Mission

To empower home health and hospice providers with intelligent, adaptive AI tools that ensure documentation accuracy, uphold compliance integrity, and free healthcare professionals to focus on patient outcomes not paperwork.

Our Vision

To redefine compliance in post-acute care through proactive, learning-driven technology that evolves alongside CMS standards and client feedback becoming the most trusted AI partner in home health and hospice documentation.

Our Team

Founded by Brian Lebanion, a home health and hospice compliance expert with more than 30 years of industry experience, DocuGuard.ai was built to solve one problem: documentation and compliance fatigue.
Co-Founder and Vice President Valerie Lebanion leads operations and client engagement, ensuring agencies receive hands-on onboarding, proactive follow-up, and continuous support. Together, Brian and Valerie built DocuGuard.ai to make compliance approachable, scalable, and human-centered.
